  • Spearheaded company-wide Table Stakes team through sprint-based trials to improve company practices, expand loyal audience base, diversify revenue opportunities, and revitalize company culture

Journalist Product Manager (6/20 – 12/21)

  • Grew NABUR, a forum to discuss local news, from >100 to 2,000+ members in Green Valley and 10,000+ members at all NABUR sites nationwide in one year

  • Mobilized a team of 10 corps members to complete 2,353 total service hours and completed 595.5 personal hours for environmentally-focused project with the Center for Rural Livelihoods

  • Constructed 6.25 miles of hiking trails, cleared 1825 pounds of unwanted vegetation, removed 1115 pounds of trash, archived 132 historical documents, milled over $100,000 worth of wood, and tended 4 gardens

  • Adapted and overcame unexpected situations like inclement weather, severe illnesses, and team conflict
